Step 1 - Create, Modify or Cancel an Event
Any time a New Event is being requested OR an Event is being canceled, the process MUST begin with Step 1. However, if the Event Details of an existing Event are only being modified, then its possible Step 1 can be skipped. Please see Step 3 and Step 6 below for further details.
- The ETS Reservation Specialist enters the request to create a new Event, make a change to an Event or cancel an Event and enters the required information in to EXRP.
- The ETS Reservation Specialist sends an email to the Allocation Team.
